Consultation Payment Process
- Registration is confirmed via email.
- Full payment is required within ten days of registration.
- Once payment is received, your appointment is secure.
- If payment is not received within ten days, the appointment will be released.
Consultation Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel an appointment, there is no penalty if the consultation is rescheduled within 30 days of original date.
- If the appointment is not rescheduled, you will receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
