I'll go grocery shopping with you to help explain and pick out the essential items, and then we'll go back to your own pantry and put them away in the most efficient way! Now you'll have a plan for dinner, and you won't wonder how long that can of kidney beans has been on the back shelf.

We'll go through the best spices to have around, learn which ones are great with which ingredients, and even give you a few recipe ideas for tonight's dinner.
