How and Why to Flatten Chicken

Want evenly cooked chicken? Here's a super easy tip that also lets you beat something up. And whatever YouTube person chooses the still images for my videos should be shot. Or at least pounded flat like a piece of chicken.

Brilliant!! Love the music and graphics! My favorite line: "So what we wanna do is kind of even that out and make it...even."

I think that is one of the best tips that a lot of people dont really know about! I always did that when I made chicken parm, but it took me awhile to realize that I could do that for other recipes too! Now I always flatten my chicken and it makes it soo much better! Great video!

That is a fabulous tip! I always over cook chicken because I'm so scared of under cooking it!

I flattened a chicken once. It happened when I looked down too long to fiddle with the radio dial. When I looked in the rearview mirror, all I saw were a bunch of white feathers floating around. I haven't been able to look one in the eye since.

Re your comment on my blog: I agree. My husband's underwear: the more you deny it, the more it will conquer you.

It always makes me happy to visit your blog!!!
